Rebecca Meier - CFO, Financial Consultant

Rebecca Meier brings over 15 years experience in finance, process improvement, and project management in both the private and public sectors. She has held various finance roles with increasing responsibility through multiple M&A’s and new builds of fulfillment/processing centers. Meier’s expertise spans procurement, technology, data analytics, compliance, vendor management, capital planning, long range planning, decommissions, cost management and process improvement. Meier holds a MBA in Finance, a MBA in International Business and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Mathematics.

Ellen Williams - Lead Consultant

Ellen Williams is a Business Analyst and technology advisor with over 25 years of experience helping organizations simplify complexity, improve processes, and scale with confidence. Her work spans private equity, sustainability, SaaS partnerships, ERP, CRM, ESG, and AI adoption.

She supports clients from discovery through QA and UAT, ensuring technology decisions translate into measurable business value. Ellen’s expertise has been featured in Forbes, Crain’s NY, and podcasts including Sustainable Minds and Shark Bite Biz. She also hosts Time To Press Pause: A Podcast for CEOs by CEOs.

Eunice McNutt - Administrative Assistant

Eunice serves as the behind the scenes backbone to the Cadence Team.  She works tirelessly to coordinate complex meeting schedules and customer issues. 

Eunice is any entrepreneur in her own right, so she understands the complexities of running a business.  She brings this depth of experience, understanding, and empathy to every interaction.  

Caleb Riley - Construction Lead Consultant

Caleb serves as Construction Sector Advisor for Cadence, bringing 15+ years of project delivery and owner-side advisory experience across field operations, construction management, and capital project oversight. He is known for his delivery judgment, helping owners, developers, and contractors connect planning and contracting decisions to real cost, schedule, and risk outcomes in the field. 

In addition to his work with Cadence clients, Caleb leads Array Builders and Riley Design Group LLC, keeping his perspective grounded in active projects while offering calm, execution-focused guidance on complex or higher-risk work.

Ted Vincent - Engagement Manager

Ted Vincent is an experienced consultant and program management leader with over 15 years of success guiding complex business and technology transformations.  His work spans ERP implementations, cloud migration, master data governance, PMO development, and enterprise change efforts across manufacturing, energy, and enterprise environments. 

Ted is known for bringing structure to challenged programs, aligning executives & teams, and driving measurable outcomes through clear governance, stakeholder alignment, and practical execution. 

Noel Johnson - Engagement Manager

Meet Noel, our go-to person for all things operations at Cadence Consulting. With a commendable background working for 12 years in the Houston Fire Department, Noel’s adaptability and strategic thinking are second to none. Noel’s degree from Texas A&M in Management Information Systems has equipped him for assisting businesses of all sizes during their periods of transition. 

Noel’s journey with us began after he had established himself as an indispensable asset in his previous roles. His ability to manage, organize and optimize is not just limited to the corporate world, but extends to his personal life as well. Noel and his family are active in church and community life, and they are licensed foster parents in the state of Texas. 

Travis Ziebro - Industrial Advisory

Travis Ziebro provides over 20 years of executive management experience and enterprise software implementation. He has served in interim executive roles as CIO, CTO, and General Manager for several mid-market manufacturers. As a mechanical engineer with an MBA, Travis also delivers a deep well of practical operational experience and business acumen.
